Raring to go 1230

I’ve joined 1230 today on the back of a very inspirational meeting yesterday at the Royal Oak Hotel in Sevenoaks. I came away armed with ideas and stories of other peoples successes. The next thing is to source out other members whose businesses work well with mine – I’d love to have a chat with you and perhaps organise an event?!! This week and next are my marketing weeks so I’m raring to go after the eleventh hour!

What a great meeting at 1230 TWC Sevenoaks yesterday! Lots of buzzy inspiration and contacts being made. Pleased that my talk on Practical marketing at zero cost was well received so looking forward to seeing lots of activity on the 1230 TWC web site from those there.

Just preparing for 1230 TWC Woking meeting today and Mayfair tomorrow – can’t wait to meet new and familiar faces!

New Faces

Just like to say how nice it was to see some New faces at Sevenoaks yesterday as well as the old faithfuls. Its good to see how the group grows.
I cant wait till September when all the new business starts its coming up to my busiest time.

Magazine photoshoot

I am having the photoshoot of my house on Friday. It will then be featured in the national magazine ’25 Beautiful Homes’ in the forthcoming months. As an interior stylist, I am obviously ‘doing it right’ to get recognition in this way!!! I will update later with the exact edition. In the meantime, if anyone needs advice on updating their property at minimal expense, then I’m your girl!

Great Training Session

Just finished a great 1230 TWC web site guide session with Pat Frank based near Maidstone and Sue Austin who attends the Malmesbury group.

Pleasure to “meet” you both and I look forward to seeing your pictures, logos, events, Forum items, Blogs, offers, etc – which will all help you to market your businesses.

Hard Work Appreciated! Phew wasn’t it hot?

What a great idea to hold a fund-raising meeting in aid of Breast Cancer today in Manor Park, Sutton. Well done Clare for the idea and also your efforts in ferrying the fabulous food, especially when you’d been let down at the last minute. Thankfully Beckenham caterers Fleur came to the rescue with a delicious spread. It was also a pretty good meeting too!

We certainly attracted a lot of attention with our banner, and clearly looked welcoming to many in the park including the non-English speaking lady who asked for a glass of water for her child, and a lady who wanted some company.

Fast Results for Isobel!

Dear All, I just wanted to share some exciting news that I have heard recently. On going to Milton Keynes for a meeting at Nikkens corporate headquarters, I met a lovely lady ‘Isobel’ who wanted to share with me how her life has changed.
