About Helen
Helen is a friendly and savvy social media consultant and trainer, based in Orpington, Kent.
With a background of over 19 years in hospitality, she retrained as a social media manager after having her family, as she wanted a career that fitted around family life. Since retraining, she saw a gap in the local market for helping local businesses and start-ups with their social media and has set up a successful local online business BR6Life for local independent businesses.
