“There’s always so much to do, it’s impossible to find time for myself”; “I can’t switch off, there’s too much spinning around in my head!” Does this sound like you? We will learn and take away a list of quick and easy techniques that we can use in our daily lives.
September is also Bring a Girlfriend Month so any member bringing a guest on her first visit will have a FREE MEETING!
