1230 TWC is proud to celebrate International Women’s Day with a full month of different celebratory business events.

Marked annually on the 8 March, and observed since the early 1900s, International Women’s Day (IWD) is a global day which has grown through the years extending over the whole of March with events marking women’s achievements.

2011 saw the 100-year centenary of IWD. More details of its history can be found HERE.

This year, each 1230 TWC group celebrates in a slightly different way – with one constant – businesswomen who have come together to celebrate their own and each other’s achievements; to grow those connections and develop long-standing, strong business relationships, and to have fun.

1230 TWC Sidcup & Bexley celebrates at The Engine Room with a buffet, bubbles (sponsored by Caroline Wardell owner of The Bamboo Wardrobe) to be joined online at 2.30 pm by sistas in Costa Women based in Spain and owned by superstar Ali Meehan.
