CREATE YOUR VISION BOARD with JENNI HALLAM

A Vision Board combines images and words that represent your goals and dreams, becoming a powerful tool to help you design your future. Simple and enjoyable to create, they focus your thoughts and clarify what you want to do, have and be. In this workshop we will work through the process of creating your Vision Board for the next stage of your business and/or personal life.

What you need to do before the Workshop

IDEAS

You may already have some ideas about what you want to put on your Vision Board.

If not or if you want to clarify those ideas here are some starting points that can help.

The £5m Question

What stops most people from fulfilling their dreams?

Fears/ Limiting Beliefs and often most importantly these in relation to MONEY

So – let’s take money out of the equation!

What would YOU do if I gave you £5m right now?

Get a pen and paper and let your imagination flow.

Your Life Wheel

Imagine your life divided up like a great wheel so the space between each pair of spokes relates to a specific aspect. It’s up to you what those aspects are called. It might be work/business, family, environment, health, love, money, learning…?

You can also use the wheel concept to focus on different aspects of a specific area of your life. It might be your business where you could consider sales, marketing, finances, people, environment etc. Or it could be breaking down the different aspects of a particular goal like improving your health and fitness.

When you have worked out the aspects you are considering then rate them from 1-10 according to your current satisfaction level. If 10 means perfection and you score 8/9 then you might want to focus on doing more of what you are already doing in that area and celebrating your success! If you score 5 or less that might be a good area to focus on and to develop your vision for change.

ITEMS TO BRING

1. Your thoughts, ideas and creativity (but don’t worry you don’t need to be an ‘artist’)
2. Any images and words you have downloaded or cut out from magazines that resonate with your goals and dreams
3. Any magazines that you are happy to contribute for cutting up
4. Any pens, crayons or drawing materials you particularly like to use
5. You may want to bring an old shirt or an apron to protect your clothes from glue
6. A board to place your items on.
