Hi, I am really looking forward to an exciting event that I am holding in Harpenden called the Well Woman Event. This will be a 2 hour informal seminar with my guest speaker being Olive Hickmott – NLP practitioner and author of 3 bestselling books! We will be discussing energy and how it affects our body, and ways in which we can help our energy levels through the many phases in a woman’s life, from puberty up to menopause and beyond.
