FIONA CATCHPOWLE – The Menopause School
Fiona Catchpowle, Menopause Doula, is a passionate menstrual health educator and mentor.
She divides her time between helping individuals 1:1 to navigate their menstrual health timeline, alongside teaching other holistic therapists how to create confident conversations, plus work in the community developing strategies to build more awareness at a grass root level.
AILSA pETCHEY – Menopause Collective
Ailsa has been in health & wellness for over 32 years. She is a Pilates Instructor, a menopause coach & is passionate about educating, sharing, empowering & supporting women going through hormone changes & menopause.
Ailsa is an author of Don’t Sweat It ! Manage Your Menopause In 21 Days a program that successfully helps women kickstart weight loss, hormone balance and new healthier habits to support their midlife journey.
Ailsa runs a number of workshops and a menopause walking group to support women with tips and advice.
SIOBAHN BARRY
Siobhán Barry has worked as an anaesthetic nurse and gemmologist in the past. She is currently embracing scriptwring and her fourth mini play is showcases in March.
She also presents two separate radio shows covering a multitude of topics like storytelling, health, music and lifestyle to name a few. People, their stories & how they reflect the community and world at large are at the forefront of her ethos.
Volunteering, giving back haring knowledge & expertise with women is important to her.
TINA NEVE – Human Dimensions
Tina is an award winning career, executive, and psychological coach, who works with leaders across various sectors, including startups, guiding them through transitions, strategic challenges, and leadership development. Her holistic approach emphasizes self-awareness and self-compassion as the foundations of sustainable change. She supports the emotional needs of her clients beyond the strategic, practical and tactical, such as navigating perfectionism, ASD and ADHD. Tina has a unique MSc in Integrative counselling and coaching.
Dr Patsy Rogers is an NHS GP with 17 years’ experience and a specialist interest in women’s health and menopause care. After graduating from Edinburgh University, she has dedicated her career to providing compassionate healthcare for women at all life stages. Dr Rogers aims to create an environment where patients feel comfortable discussing any concern, however sensitive. Her guiding principle is that no symptom should ever feel too difficult or embarrassing to discuss openly, ensuring women receive the comprehensive care they deserve.
