This week I had my first speaking opportunity in a few years,  rather nervous! I hopped on a train at 7.23 from my hometown and arrived, two trains and two tubes later at Bromley South to be collected by the magical Carole Pyke at midday to take me to Bromley old town hall where Jackie Groundsell 1230 The Women’s Company. It was utter joy, and pleasure. I shared some hot tips on how the press worked and what I would recommend to do get started and it went down a treat – thankfully. 

Why? Because in my work I spend most of my time promoting my clients and speaking about them instead of speaking about my beliefs, ideas and experiences, which is changing now in 2025 with the ladies. Here’s a photo of us all, kindly captured by some young men who kindly helped.
