Fiona Catchpowle is the creator and founder of The Menopause School, where she explores ovarian health across life stages, from puberty to perimenopause. She helps wellness professionals integrate menstrual health awareness into their existing modalities, so they can support clients throughout their whole lifespan. Through training and client resources, Fiona makes complex biology practical, transforming menstrual health experiences from menstruation to menopause.

Jo de Serrano is a Professional Organiser based in London. Jo worked in banking, then in humanitarian aid, for the UK government and as CEO of a charity, for which Jo was awarded an OBE and an Honorary Doctorate. In 2023, Jo pivoted to helping people declutter and organise their homes, utilising her love of order, which she attributes to her ASD, and her lived experience of ADHD to help both neurodivergent and neurotypical people feel peace in their homes.
