Chris Tuck FMAAT ACMA CGMA is an author, speaker, trainer and Founder/CEO of Survivors Of aBuse. Drawing on lived experience, professional expertise and years of campaigning, she develops survivor-informed education, training and recovery programmes. Chris created the accredited Breaking the Cycle™ C.L.E.A.N.E.R.™ Living Programme, has supported over 110 survivors, and is an Honorary Visiting Fellow at Anglia Ruskin University’s International Policing and Public Protection Research Institute. Her work champions trauma-informed change, safeguarding, resilience and survivor voice.

 AMANDA WRIGHT
Amanda Wright is a born and bred Upper Norwoodian. After reading English at Cambridge she travelled the world and fulfilled her lifelong dream of looking after giant pandas in China. She eventually returned to Upper Norwood to juggle motherhood, caring for elderly parents, and ghostwriting. In 2024, Amanda moved to Anerley where she fell in love with Betts Park and became active in the Penge community.
 ALAN POTTINGER
Alan Pottinger lives in Anerley. He started volunteering with Friends of Betts Park during lockdown as part of his recovery from an operation on his back. Alan became secretary when the group was constituted in 2020.
