Have some fun!
I have been 40 this week and am taking the opportunity to go for it! I had a fantastic party with all my friends and had the best time. This week I am dancing in a show for the first time since I was 15. It is quite terrifying but enormous fun. I am exhausted but exhilerated. It got me round to thinking, as Louise and I have just finished teaching our first Stress Management course that one of the best things you can do is to try to really have a laugh. You may not be round this way again so try to really enjoy the experience!
PS I am going to need a good massage after this week – know anyone?!
