With 21+ business years experience under her belt, Jackie knows that all businesses need clients, and networking helps you grow your client base – your database. Your database is your”Business Gold”, and it needs to be looked after and cared for.

In practical terms – what do you do with all the business cards you gather at a networking event? They may sit on the corner of your desk for weeks, months, even years – hopefully not – but do you “follow up” after that networking event? Let’s look at that another time, but on this occasion, Jackie will take you through how you can look after your “business gold” using a computer. This is a hands-on session, so please bring your laptop with you – and together you’ll build a simple database using Excel that will take you onto using a CRM when you/your business are ready. Jackie will also show you what magic you can get from that to make your business life easier. Jackie is also an IT trainer so you’ll be sure to learn lots of tips.
