TODAY – Join us for a mini chair Yoga session with Shamim Sarah pre the meeting.
Being a mother of three teenagers, they have taught Shamim a lot about herself , and for that,she is grateful. Shamim has worked in the social care sector for the past sixteen years, which she enjoys. She used to think that was her purpose in life until she ventured into yoga and realized that it was her career path, not her highest calling. Shamim came to the realisationthat yoga was her highest calling during the pandemic. It enabled her to support herself, family members, and the people she worked with in the social care sector blissfully regardless of the chaos that we were going through.
