Karen Puttick is a clinical hypnotherapist and change facilitator from Amersham in Buckinghamshire, where she lives with her husband and their mad dog. Mother of three adults and grandmother to one beautiful little girl, Karen has been passionate about self directed wellness since her Dad taught her self-hypnosis a little under 50 years ago! She works with a broad range of clients and challenges and has a diverse ‘toolkit’ ranging from scientific, evidence based through to the esoteric.

Since completing the fourth season, I’ve expanded my portfolio by writing, producing, and directing two highly acclaimed shorts · Infatuation, also available on Amazon Prime · Time to Collect, starring comedian Judi Love, funded by the National Lottery. The film went on to become a finalist at the LA Independent Film Festival and the BAFTA-qualifying British Urban Film Festival I have shadow-directed on EastEnders and Hollyoaks as an Assistant Director.
