When Lauretta’s not busy writing, she enjoys baking, day trips and interiors. She lives in Locksbottom with her two cats, husband and two teenage children.

Fiona Catchpowle Creator and Founder of The Menopause School Mum, Grandma, passionate educator and menstrual health evangelist, whose mission is to ‘save lives, change the world, one menopause at a time’.
With a background in Biology and Teaching, hitting the uninformed brick wall of Perimenopause was the trigger Fiona needed to realise that the historical lack of education on the topic of menstrual health, with a lifetime lens, was a global health disaster waiting to happen.

Ailsa Petchey
Ailsa is a mum of two gorgeous grown children, a wife, a business woman and has been on herperi menopause journey for the past 5 years!
Fitness, wellness and nutrition are her passes. Ailsa has been teaching for over 29 years and has found a new love for instructing during the pandemic, creating programs and classes to help her clients stay well and healthy during a very difficult time.
1230 TWC Business Beat Radio focuses on supporting and entertaining entrepreneurial businesswomen and those aspiring. And, of course, guys are very welcome too! Whilst based locally (south-east London) the reach is global and will support and include businesswomen across the world with current, relevant items and music.
