Do something for fun!
I had a fantastic day yesterday. I went up to London to a recording session with my friend Emma and her sister Megan. Emma is getting married on Saturday and wanted to record her first dance. Crazy!
A singing teacher I know, Duncan Rutherford, arranged a recording session for us. I had such fun and haven’t laughed so much on ages. It was a real tonic to go and do something I have never done before and be surrounded by wonderful people. What a day out from the everyday stresses and strains.I am going to talk to Duncan about offering some sessions on our stress workshops at Keston Natural Health Practice. Come along and see how much good it will do you!
