Starting out as a fan on the terraces, Matt ultimately became the stadium announcer and programme editor at Hayes Lane, whilst still at school.\nAfter a couple of years in teaching, Matt started working full-time at the club and has held various different roles, which has led him to his current position of Head of Community.\nAlong with Chief Operations Officer Jeff Hutton, Matt formed the Club’s charitable arm – the Community Sports Trust. Matt is now responsible for continuing the amazing work the football club does in the community, searching, applying and securing funding to carry on various programmes and manage a team of development officers and coaches working across the Borough.\nOn a matchday, Matt is the Club’s PA announcer and commentator and follows the team home and away.\nSonia Brown MBE\nSonia Brown MBE is a business communicator, coach, trainer and writer, uber connector and diversity maverick. She has over 20 years in marketing, branding and life skills development. She is an authority on many areas of business, leadership, sales and marketing, as well as supporting individuals to achieve success in all areas of life.\nShe founded the National Black Women’s Network; Let’s Talk Business Networking Forum and Sistatalk the UK’s leading online forum for women looking to connect with leading companies, decision makers and industry peers. More recently she launched the Inspirational Women’s Super Summit at the Scottish Parliament, Edinburgh and designed EVOLVE; a six step business growth programme aimed at solo and micro entrepreneurs.\nSonia has successfully worked with the who’s who in business and is endorsed by government departments and ministers, leading banks and financial institutions including top FTSE companies as well as working with a number of high profile champions.\nSonia writes for the Voice Newspaper, the UKs leading paper for the Black British community and contributes to a number of radio shows, magazines and newspapers on women, diversity and enterprise issues\n \n1230 TWC Business Beat Radio focuses on entertaining and supporting entrepreneurial businesswomen and aspiring.
