Jackie asked Suzanne James, 1230 TWC Member and Super Chef Supremo for some ideas for lunch whilst we hold our 1230 TWC Virtual meetings. Immediately Sue came back with "Soups", quick, easy - we've all got "something" in the cupboard we can use - nutritious, some not so nutritious but delicious + of course, it can be enjoyed with a glass of something too.
